The rice bran, a by product of the paddy can be used to produce edible oil if processed within 12 hours. Otherwise it only gives out non edible oil. LEAF uses the rice bran in less than 6 hours through the conveyers to produce crude form of rice bran oil. This oil has then sent to the refinery which gives out crystal clear edible oil. Rice bran oil is considered to be the best oil for heart having fat reduction qualities.. That's why this oil is known as "Health Oil".
This oil is being sold in the whole sale by the company. The company plans to sell the same in small packing once the awareness spreads among people. The OIL Producers Association of India is making best efforts to popularize this concept to the people.
